Electronic Filing Help Desk


Although many common questions are answered in the FAQ section, questions concerning the CM/ECF material posted on this Web site can be directed to the CM/ECF Help Desk. Call the Clerk’s office at (313) 234-5000 and select the option “For Assistance with Electronic Filing.” There are several pre-recorded messages that answer many common questions.  If those messages do not answer your question, choose the last option to “speak with the e-filing help desk staff.” The CM/ECF Help Desk is available during business hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
