You may park in any of the surrounding parking lots. The map shows the lots nearest to the courthouse with their current price range. The Court will reimburse you for your actual parking expenses up to $10.00 per day. This amount will be included in the check for your attendance. You should bring enough money with you to pay for parking.

Do not park on the street or at a parking meter. You will not have time to leave the courthouse to pay meter charges and the Court is not responsible for parking violations. Parking Information

Parking for jurors is located on Fifth St. between Adams and N. Madison Streets. This parking lot is run by Bay County. Use the Fifth St. entrance and park in the West section on the lot. The appropriate parking section is indicated on the map included in the juror summons sent to you by the Court.

You must display your juror parking permit on your dashboard so that it is visible through your windshield. The parking permit is included in the juror summons sent to you by the Court.

PLEASE NOTE: The free juror shuttle DOES NOT apply to the U.S. District Court jurors. It is for Bay County jurors only.

The facility closest to the courthouse is the McCree Parking Ramp. The entrance is on Beach St. between Second and Third Streets. Beach Street is one block east of Church Street and is a southbound one-way street. The garage accepts cash and checks only. If you drive a 3/4 ton pick-up or full-size van, please park in the area designated for large vehicles.
