The Court conducts both the Initial Pretrial Conference and the Final Pretrial Conference, and decides all motions. A scheduling order is issued at the Initial Pretrial Conference, and the date for the Final Pretrial Conference is set. The Court has a standing order on discovery in criminal cases. A trial order is issued at the Final Pretrial Conference setting the trial date and providing other instructions for trial.
