Payments for Criminal Debt

Criminal Debt Payments are now available through pay.gov effective 3/13/2017. The Eastern District of Michigan will allow users to make payments for criminal debt using Pay.gov. You can make payments by using a checking or savings account (ACH debit) or by credit/debit card.

This form is required to be completed for any restitution payee whose name will differ from the name listed in the Judgment and Commitment Order.
