The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan accepts checks1 or money orders, for payment of court fees, services, fine payments or restitution.

Checks and money orders shall be made payable to: Clerk, U.S. District Court

MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and VISA credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Divisional Offices in Ann Arbor and Port Huron do not accept credit cards.
