LCrR 12.1: Motion Practice

  1. Motions in criminal cases shall be filed in accordance with the procedures set forth in LR 7.1.
  2. Pretrial motions shall be filed within the time specified in the standing order of discovery and inspection and fixing motion cut-off date in criminal cases unless modified by order of the District Judge.

COMMENT: LCrR 12.1 should be read with Fed. R. Crim. P. 47.
