On July 1, 2020, Chief Judge Denise Page Hood, entered Administrative Order, 20-AO-036, In re: Continued Pro Se Filings, The Exigent Circumstances Created by COVID-19 and Related Coronavirus Health Condition which allows pro se litigants, who are not electronic filers, to electronically submit documents for filing using the Temporary Pro Se Document Upload Program. The link to the program is available on the homepage of the Court’s internet site and under the Representing Yourself tab.
