The Court sets a date certain for trial in consultation with counsel following the plea cutoff deadline. The first day of trial will usually commence at 9:00 a.m. ET. All other trial days will typically take from place from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET, without a lunch but with two 20 minute breaks.
