The parties must meet and confer to discuss the verdict form in advance of the Final Pretrial Conference. The parties must jointly submit a proposed verdict form. At the same time, for any disputed language, the parties must separately submit a proposed Alternative Verdict Form with objections and commentary. A Sample Jury Verdict Form can be found here.
