In addition to the provisions of E.D. Mich. Local Rule 16.2, the Court sets forth its other requirements for the Joint Pretrial Order in its Civil Case Practice Guidelines. The Pretrial Order is due before the Final Pretrial Conference. The Court will allow additions to the witness list contained in the Pretrial Order in only exceptional circumstances. The Final Pretrial Conference is typically held 1–2 weeks before the first day of trial.
