Any motion or request for early termination of a term of supervised release pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3583(e) must contain (1) a statement that the defendant’s supervising probation officer has been contacted regarding the defendant’s request, and (2) a summary of the probation officer’s recommendation regarding the request for early termination of supervised release.

Any request or motion that does not comply with this requirement will be stricken by the Court, but may be refiled with the required information.
