TRO's and Injunctions

The Court does not have a set briefing schedule for motions relating to requests for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. Counsel should review Judge Cook's Standing Order on Ex Parte Temporary Restraining Orders before filing a motion of that nature. The Court does not impose any other requirements with relation to requests for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions that are not indicated in E.D. Mich. LR 65.1 and Fed.R.Civ.P. 65, but counsel should refer to the Court's Standing Order on this subject before filing any papers.
