Pretrial
In addition to the provisions of E.D. Mich. LR 16.2 , the Court utilizes a standing order regarding the requirements for the Joint Pretrial Order. The pretrial order is due at least one week prior to the Final Pretrial Conference. If a witness is not listed in the pretrial order, the witness cannot be called at trial unless ordered by the Court. The Final Pretrial Conference is typically held 14 to 28 days before the month of the trailing docket.
