Standing Orders

The Court issues a standard Scheduling Order. The Court does not have standing orders or other special pleading requirements for RICO, class actions or other civil claims. The determination of whether amendments to pleadings are permitted or whether dismissal for lack of particularity will result is made on a case-by-case basis. In addition, the requirement for particularized calculations of damages is made on a case-by-case basis.
